Business information systems are the means by which an operator succeeds, which creates sustainable power and enables them to perform their functions. Innovative behavior is a strategic and solution-focused activity that provides competitive advantage to businesses and includes individual behavior. In the literature, there is no study that examines the effect of information systems on innovative behavior. From this point of view, in this study, the answer to the basic research question is "Are business information systems influential on innovative behavior?" In the study, it is aimed to determine the relation of information systems in the enterprises with innovative behavior. The basic hypothesis put forward in the research is "business information systems have a positive effect on innovative behavior". In this study, survey technique was used as data collection tool. 212 returns were obtained from service enterprises identified by simple random methods. Analyzes were made depending on the feedbacks obtained. According to the results of the regression analysis, it is seen that there is a positive and statistically meaningful relationship between business information systems and innovative behavior.
