BELEDİYELERİN SOSYO-KÜLTÜREL HİZMETLERİNDE SİVİL TOPLUM KURULUŞLARININ ROLÜ

This study was carried out to investigate the role of civil society institutions in the realization of socio-cultural services in municipalities. Municipalities are the structures established to meet the common and local requirements of the communities within the national border. The municipalities established to meet the needs of the people are considered as constitutional institutions that have occurred within the legal system. For this reason, the content of local administrations, the services of municipalities in socio-cultural terms, civil society organizations, social municipalities, etc. The subjects were analyzed. Thus, in the study, suggestions were developed in order to contribute to the development of the region by taking the support of the socio-cultural services implemented by the municipality and the civil society organizations.
