The article reviews the current clinical data on the use of one of the modern pharmacological drugs torasemide (Diuver, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Israel) in the treatment of cardiovascular disease in conditions of comorbidity. Presents a comprehensive view of the problem identified and a reasoned approach to the choice of diuretic therapy with clinico-pathophysiological substantiation of the use of a loop diuretic torasemid.
