Ecuador is a constitutionalist country and guarantor of human rights, subscriber to several International Conventions and Treaties, whose internal regulations protect in a strict sense the rights of all people who live and reside in Ecuador, however, the practice shows a totally different reality, there is violation of rights in the workplace and social security. This research work is aimed at immigrant workers from micro-enterprises in the Cuenca canton in Ecuador, whose causes are excessive labor supply, ignorance of Ecuadorian legal regulations and the competitiveness of micro-entrepreneurs. This violation of labor rights gives way to other problems that directly affect the life of the worker and his family environment, he is denied the opportunity to pay for a decent life, due to the need to obtain a fixed income, he becomes a slave to his own work, being This is the only way to support your home and the needs of your family. The work begins with the analysis of the literature, from where the research questions arise, the data capture instrument is designed, the sample size is determined and the instrument is applied, it continues with the statistical validation and verification; at the end the results, conclusions and future research are analyzed
