This article aims to demonstrate that the management of human talent allows the development of cardinal competencies in people with disabilities who work in companies in the province of Guayas-Ecuador. The applied methodology focuses on a quantitative study. The type of research used is applied, and the type of study is nonexperimental with a correlational, transversal design ". The survey technique was used, through the questionnaire instrument, to collect qualitative data. The results obtained show that Human Talent Management has a high positive correlation with the Development of Cardinal Competencies in people with disabilities.
