The Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a tool that facilitates this interaction, since it consists of a subarea of artificial intelligence and refers, in a wide way, to the study and development of computational systems that can interpret speech and text as naturally human beings speak and write it, as well as developing better the way human language is interpreted in different devices. That said, it will be demonstrated in this research how Natural Language Processing can help automate the recognition of Named Entities (Public Agents) on a Ordinances. This will use NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit), a platform used to build Python programs that work with human language data for PLN application. NLTK will be useful for separating sentences into a paragraph, separating words within each sentence, recognizing patterns in the text, and creating classification templates that allow, for example, identifying proper names within a data set.
