A Fabry-Perot type resonator consisting of a system of two parallel finite size orthogonal conducting plates is examined, employing an integral equation formulation in conjunction with a Method of Moments. The system of coupled integral equations in terms of the conductivity currents induced on the resonator surface is solved via an entire domain Galerkin technique with Chebyshev type basis functions incorporating the current edge behaviour. Numerical results are computed for several resonator sizes and operation frequencies and the resonance behavior of the examined structure is investigated
