In science education, pointing out the affective domain is a basic aspect which is an important achievement, recognize the affection as an emotion in acts of knowing, thinking, acting and relating is fundamental/crucial in the learning process. This paper aims to understand and analyze the emotions experienced by students in the subject of Teaching Matter and Energy, before and after performing practical seminars, where the experiments performed were related to chemical and physical concepts. The sample consisted of 82 students from Second Grade of Primary Education from the University of Extremadura during the year 2013/2014.The results show an evolution occurs in the emotions experienced by the students before and after performing seminars.
