It is essential to create a new field of study of international law, in order to advance in the desired effectiveness of promotion, respect, protection and guarantee of human rights, in accordance with the principles of universality, interdependence, indivisibility and progressivity, as well as describe current legal phenomena more in line with reality, based on the great development promoted by human rights; systematize the ideas conceived, make them into categories. All science has its basic or categorical concepts, from which the other concepts that through this systematizing arrangement are precisely science. Only starting from the fundamental concepts in relation to a certain order; that is, when they serve as support for compression within a certain sphere... Every category is logically a concept under which a series of notions and concepts are ordered.
