This article aims to enlarge the purview of civil responsibility in the market relationships as well as invalidate the principle of integral reparation, based on the new category of temporal harm as an autonomous type of extra-patrimonial harm, the concept of deviant consumer behavior and the acceptance of time as a legal good and thus subjected to jurisdictional tutorship, fundamented on the deductive method and bibliographic and jurisprudential research.
