The action philosophical, inseparable from the educational process, as all human activity free, is never neutral. The return of philosophy in secondary education in Brazil requires making decisions related to fundamental questions about their teaching and learning: that philosophy to work in high school? How? How should teacher training? Besides, other issues accompanying the obligatory philosophy this level of education: it is being assumed by Higher Institutions in admission exams? It is necessary to establish urgent democratic dialogue around these issues. This paper comes as an attempt to contribute in this area.
