On distribution of the shore fly Lamproscatella aklavik Mathis, 1979 (Diptera: Ephydridae) in the Palaearctic Region

The species Lamproscatella aklavik Mathis, 1979 is recorded from Southern Siberia, Republic of Tuva for the first time. Previously this rare species was known from few specimens from the Northwest Territories of Canada (type-locality) and from a single specimen from Central Yakutia.
