Turistificação e as dinâmicas da hospitalidade: o caso de Lisboa

espanolEste trabalho intenta mostrar a forma como o turismo contribui para os processos de transformacao e co‑producao de lugares. Sabendo que a industria do turismo esta presente nas cidades, promovendo transformacoes nos espacos, surgem contributos para a formacao de novos paradigmas em torno da hospitalidade, com realce para o papel das comunidades locais. Baseado numa investigacao em curso, e recorrendo a etnografia, o trabalho sera ilustrado por um estudo de caso sobre a cidade de Lisboa, no qual se apresentam alguns dados relativos ao processo de turistificacao na cidade, o qual tem vindo a originar transformacoes de indole diversa. Serao analisadas estas alteracoes e o surgimento de novos alojamentos realcando‑se aqui o papel de diferentes actores sociais e as dinâmicas em torno deste processo. EnglishThis work aims to show how tourism contributes to the processes of transformation and co‑ ‑production of places. Knowing that the tourism industry stimulates changes in city spaces, there are contributions to the formation of new paradigms concerning hospitality, highlighting the role of local communities. Based on an ongoing research, and using ethnography, the work will be illustrated by a case study about the city of Lisbon. Some data on the processes of touristification in the city will be presented, showing the emergence of several transformations. The changes and emergence of new accommodations will be analyzed, highlighting the role of different social actors and the dynamics surrounding this process.
