Kata Kunci : Cold nodule , hot nodule , kamera gamma, radiofarmaka, Tc-99m perteknetat, uptake Abstract The t hyroid uptake analysis using ROI (Region of Interest) technique of 10 thyroid nodule s patients had been performed . Patients were divided into two categories, i.e . hot nodule and cold nodule, as many as 3 people and 7 people , respectively . Radiopharmaceutical used is Tc-99m pertechnetate. Radiopharmaceutical was intravenously injected into the patient's arm . Imaging was performed using a ADAC Skylight dual head gamma camera in intervals 5, 10 and 15 minutes post-injection. The r esults showed the mean uptake value at patients with hot nodules increas ed at intervals of 5 to 15 minutes, wh ile at patients with cold nodules increased at intervals of 5 to 10 minutes. Keyword : Cold nodules, hot nodules, gamma camera, radiopharmaceutical, Tc-99m pertechnetate, uptake
