HP has been shown to be one of the causes of esophagitis, stomach and duodenum in children. Antibiotic resistance of HP is a factor affecting treatment results. Objective: Evaluate the rate of antibiotic resistance of H.P in children’s gastrics. Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional study. Research results: in the study: Assessment of HP antibiotic resistance in patients with esophagitis and duodenal stomach in children during the period (8/2016 10/2018). 440 patients were diagnosed with esophagitis, stomach and duodenum. The rate of HP infection in the study group is rare 95.6%. Percentage of isolates showing resistance to clarythromycine, amoxiciline, metronidazol, levofoxacin, tetracycline 99.3%, 68.7%, 57.8%, 13.8%, and 2.7%. Conclusion: High prevalence of HP resistant Clarythromycine, Biopsy implantation for high accuracy. Recommendation: Consider using the antibiotic regimen A + F + PPI when the biopsy piece cannot be implanted.
