Luffa acutangula have physical dormancy, and this seed have a hard and thick coat. One effort for breaking physical dormancy is using microorganisms of Trichoderma sp and storage. The study was conducted over three months, from August to November 2017, in the laboratory PT. Seed Citra Asia, Jl. Akmaludin No. 26 Jember, East Java 64117. This experiment reseach is using completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors factorial were repeated 3 times, The first factor is prolonged submersion which consists of 4 levels, Without Soaking, soaked with a solution of spores of Trichoderma sp. for 1 Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day. The second factor is the duration of storage that consists of 2 levels, which were stored for 0 week, and two week. The result shows that the duration of immersion process of Trichoderma sp. gives a real effect on the parameters of Index Dormancy and give significant effect on the Germination Energy. 2 days soaking treatment gives the best results. While the effect of storage gives a very significant different effect on the parameters of Germination Energy. The storage treatment after the application of Trichoderma sp. shows that the result increasing value GE to 17.58%/ etmal. The interaction of the treatment duration of Soaking Tichoderma sp and storage gave a very significant different effect on Germination Energy, Index Dormancy and abnormal seeds. Oyong seeds that are soaked using Trichoderma sp. for 2 days without being kept has a growth rate above 17% / etmal, ie 17.65% / etmal, with the lowest Index Dormancy of 13.33%.
