Polianthes tuberosa L. is propagated using tubers which are pseudostems that change shape and function as food storage reserves. The Research was conducted at Lampung State Polytechnic in May 2017 to March 2018. This research used the Perfect Safe Group Design with two treatment factors. The first factor consists of large diameter (1,6 – 2 cm), medium (1,4 – 1,5 cm) and small (1,3 – 1 cm). The second factor consists of Atonik growth regulating substances which are 0 (without treatment), 1 ml.l -1 and 3 ml.l -1 . Data were analyzed using variance fingerprints, if they contributed significantly (significant), then the data was continued by using the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a significant level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the size of bulbs (1,6 cm – 2 cm) produces plant length (38,9 cm), number of leaves (16,1 strands), leaf width (1,9 cm) and number of tillers (9, 8 shoots) the fastest and longevity of panicle plants (24,9 MST) and age of flower blooms (28,3 MST) which are faster. Medium tuber size (1,4 cm – 1,5 cm) and small (1 cm – 1,3 cm) available the longest flower stalk length (79,8 cm and 86,6 cm).
