Peanut (Arachis hypogeae) is a food that is in demand by the community. The contribution of peanut production from East Java Province to national production has decreased in 2016. Factors that cause low peanut yield in Indonesia are leaf rust disease (Puccinia arachidis). In this study, control of leaf rust on peanut plants with antagonistic fungus Trichoderma sp. This study has a purpose to know how the influence of biological agents Trichoderma sp. against the intensity of leaf rust disease, the number of pods and the wet weight of peanut pods. This research was conducted from July 2017 until March 2018 at Jember Polytechnic Plant Protection Laboratory and land in Antirogo Village, Sumbersari Sub-district, Jember District. This study used a non factorial randomized block design consisting of 4 treatments including A0 (Tebukonazole 0.3 ml / l), A1 (Trichoderma sp 105cfu / ml), A2 (Trichoderma sp. 106cfu / ml), A3 (Trichoderma sp. 107 cfu / ml) with 6 replications. Test data using ANOVA (Analyze of Variance) and further test with 5% BNT. The result of the research is that the 4 treatments have no significant effect on the intensity level of rust, the number of pods and the weight of the peanut pod. The intensity of Puccinia arachidis attack negatively correlated with the number of pods and wet pod weight.
