USO TERAPÊUTICO DO OZÔNIO NO TRATAMENTO DE LESÕES CUTÂNEAS

Uma das alternativas para o tratamento coadjuvante das lesoes cutâneas utilizadas nas ultimas decadas e a ozonioterapia. O ozonio e utilizado em varios segmentos, inclusive no tratamento terapeutico de varios tipos de doencas em humanos e animais. O presente estudo teve como objetivo identificar as evidencias para indicacao do ozonio no tratamento de lesao cutânea. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisao sistematica de literatura. A busca de referencial foi realizada em bases de dados disponiveis na Biblioteca Virtual em Saude como Medline, Lilacs, entre os anos de 2005 a 2015. Na base de dados Medline, foram identificados 90 artigos, dos quais foram selecionados 14, somente 03 foram utilizados na amostra. Na base Lilacs, foram identificados 38 artigos, selecionado 02 e apenas 01 esta na amostra. O periodo de publicacao dos artigos variou de 2010 a 2014. A maioria dos artigos analisados referiu sobre aplicacao do ozonio em feridas de pe diabetico, com reducao da ferida e cicatrizacao. A analise dos resultados desse estudo permitiu estabelecer recomendacoes sobre o uso de ozonio somente em lesoes cutâneas referentes a ulceras de pes diabeticos. Descritores: Cicatrizacao. Ferimentos. Lesoes. Ozonio.   OZONE THERAPEUTIC USE FOR TREATING SKIN LESIONS ABSTRACT One of the alternatives for the adjuvant treatment of skin lesions used in recent decades is the ozone therapy. Ozone is used in various sectors, including for therapeutic treatment of various diseases in humans and animals.This study aimed to identify the evidence for ozone indication in the treatment of skin lesions.This is an integrative review of research literature.The reference search was conducted in the databases available on the Virtual Health Library as Medline, Lilacs between the years 2005 to 2015.MEDLINE database were identified 90 articles, of which 14 were selected only 04 were used in the sample.In LILACS database were identified 38 articles, 02 selected and only 01 is in the sample.The period of publication of articles ranging from 2010 to 2014.Most of the articles analyzed concerns about the application of ozone in diabetic foot wounds, reducing the wound and healing.The results of this study allowed us to establish recommendations on the use of ozone only in skin lesions related to diabetic foot ulcers.
