CARACTERIZAÇÃO DA CLIENTELA DA CLÍNICA-ESCOLA DE PSICOLOGIA DO CENTRO UNIVERSITÁRIO DE SANTA FÉ DO SUL - SP

The University of Santa Fé do Sul (Unifunec) college clinic provides three psychological services to population through basic and specific stages over several psychological fields; therefore, costumer-oriented studies make either the assessment or adequacy of them possible. For that matter, this paper aims to describe the costumers from a psychology college clinic at Unifunec. It was used a documentary research with retrospective design of trial records from the year of 2017. Data was comprised of 400 records, and sociodemographic variables were recorded by gender, age, education, marital status, a list of the main complaints regarded to gender and age respectively, where those users were originally from when referred to services provided by the clinic and, how the closure of those records was. It was found that most part of the psychological services were taken by females, with incomplete elementary school, aged between 20 to 40 and the main complaints were regarded to anxiety and family problems.
