In this day and age, technology is increasingly sophisticated so that people live in dependence on technology. This makes humans more individualistic and selfish. Besides that, there are many places that are not suitable to be used as a comfortable place to gather and socialize. This situation causes these individuals to start leaving places of entertainment because the place is not possible and can also be replaced with existing technology. This incident is often seen in big cities like Jakarta, where many people are starting to leave places of entertainment due to lack of positive places of entertainment. It can be seen like the Mangga Besar area where it is famous for its entertainment and culinary centers, but entertainment that can be obtained at night is only negative entertainment and is not suitable for children and adolescents. The aim and benefit of this project is to create a positive entertainment center so that it can become a place for people to interact, socialize, and gather so that every user in Mangga Besar can feel comfortable being able to gather without feeling uncomfortable so as to change negative stigma or views bad community towards the Mangga Besar area. The method of data collection is done by literature studies and also field observations. The results of this design itself produces an architectural building with several programs that elevate the old functions of the area and add new activities to make it more interesting than before but do not eliminate the theme parks that have ever existed.
