The research aims to (1) find out the implementation of the care program and (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the parenting program in BA ‘Aisyiyah Ronowijayan Siman Ponorogo. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Procedure Data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that, (1) the implementation of the parenting program in BA 'Aisyiyah Ronowijayan was (a) Developing life skills such as: changing clothes, eating together, (b) Planting religious and moral values such as dhuhur prayer in congregation, reading iqro', memorizing short letters, memorizing daily prayers, memorizing short hadiths. (c) Learning social interactions such as: playing together, and (d) Growing children's creativity and innovation through a variety of games such as: Beams, Lego, beads, and (2) Supporting factors for parenting programs are affordable costs, strategic locations, safe and comfortable, far from noisy, a limiting factor to the lack of facilities and infrastructure, inadequate game equipment.
