In this paper, a review of the available literature on SAH, for the performance improvement is presented; the review is made to allow a discussion based on fins, baffles & obstacles, proposed by various researchers. Considering the parameters, which is enhancing the performance of SAH. The review covers the overview of different, description of absorber plate geometry, & parameters which affecting the performance of SAH are covered. Performance & its improvement by various geometrical changes, on the absorber plate are paying attention.
