This objective of the research work is to obtain better surface finish and higher MRR for EN24 steel by optimizing various process parameters affecting the machining conditions with the assistance of Grey-Taguchi quality engineering. L18 orthogonal array (OA) was chosen and 18 experiments were conducted by varying the process parameters at various levels. Analysis of variance was used to find the contribution of each input parameter.
