Organizations are consciously coordinated social un its with a reactive boundary that can be identified , work continuously to achieve goals (Robbins, S. P, 2006: 55). Then, according to Euis Sholeha and Suzy argued the organization is the union of people, whose effo rts should be coordinated, composed of a number of interrelated and interdependent sub-systems, working together on the basis of division of labour, roles and authori ty, and have certain goals to be achieved (Sholeha, 1996: 45-46) .
