To develop the interest and temperament for good sc ien e and to begin a discussion within scientific community exciting science journalism is necessary. Definitely skill and knowledge of science journali sm and delivering these posts on the social media wall will promote a nd contribute significantly to develop the orientat ion of community towards science. The approach to motivate students t owards science education is highlighted in this pap er. Although my concern in this paper focuses on how social media h elps to promote science education among the youth i n India.
