The study included 200 samples were collected from children under two years old included (50 samples from each of Cerebrospinal fluid, Blood, Stool and Urine ) from,( Central Children Hospital and Children's Protections Educational Hospital) The Iraqi Ministry of Health, the Department of Health Baghdad .the period from the first of 2015 September to the first of December 2015 . The samples (Blood and CSF) were culturing on Brain heart infusion broth, after that culturing on MacConkey agar, the samples (Stool and Urine) culturing on MacConkey agar . On the hand samples ,of clinical cases were collected to isolate the Bathogenic bacteria , These isolates diagnosed to the species by using ApiE20 system .76 isolates were obtaincan (Escherichia coli 25%, and, Proteus vuglaris , Proteus penneri 2.63% respectively, and Proteus mirabilis 10.53%, and Enterobacter clocae 11.84%, and Enterobacter aerogenes 5.26% , Salmonella arizonae and Raoultella ornithinolytica 7.89%, respectively, Klebsiella pneumonia 15.79% , Serratia marcescen , Serratia odorifera and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia 1.32% respectively, Citrobacter koseri 2.63% and Shewanella putrefaciens 3.94%
