La narración del ser en la construcción de la paz

The present reflection is framed within the job that is currently developed with the research group of Stoves and Communities from the phenomenon emphasis at the kitchen. These lines outline the functionality of biographical focus in the learning activities undertaken by a group of apprentices at the Technician Kitchen from the Technological Management Services Centre at Valle del Cauca regional. The expectation is that the written biographical stories can be a way to know their perception in terms of professional training within the Colombian conflict context aiming to a pedagogy in time of peace.
