The objective is to diagnose the state of the preparation of teachers, on issues related to VLE. The theoretical study and empirical exploration allowed to identify legal information that supports continuous training, absence of training activities in AVA, corroborating the inexistence of a continuous training process aimed at training teachers, being insufficient the use of the virtual platform, the methodological activities that promote the use of VLEs, teacher competencies and the verification of the preparation of teachers in VLE.
