This research demonstrates an augmented Reality System developed to assist in the training of people, regarding the execution of equipment assembly and maintenance services. Currently, to realize the maintenance of this nature, it is necessary to move the specialist to the place where the equipment is located. In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the physical presence of this professional brings health risks, especially for people who are in the area, in addition to obstacles, such as time and money spent on travel, risk of accidents on the way, also due to the fact that there is a wide variety of equipment models each with its specificities, making it difficult to know all of them. If necessary, the system also enables remote communication with a specialist instructor, without the necessity of a face-to-face meeting, maintaining social distance and attending to some of the preventive measures related to the COVID19 pandemic.
