Humans are social beings, a creature that requires interaction with other humans. Human interaction is not only communication but also concern all aspects of life, not least the legal aspects. Informed consent is the patient's consent to medical actions to be performed on him after the patient is given a complete explanation of the actions that will be undertaken is medicine. The purpose of informed consent is to protect the patient's own against any medical action taken without the knowledge of the patient. Social activity is a form of attention and empathy to ease burden on society. Activities are helping is much in demand by the middle class because they do not charge fees. The research method used is the juridical sociological research. means the juridical sociological studiy that studying as variable that occur as last result from some power in the social process as steps and technique design study of law researc follow social saint and ending by conclusion. Research results show that the implementation of health social work in sultan agung islamic hospital semarang there are not regulations implementing standardized medical measures contained in the SOP (Standard Operational Procedures). Respondents to approve medical treatment there are five (55.5%) of respondents who approve medical treatment. one (11.1%) respondents who sometimes provide medical treatment explanation and three (33.3%) of respondents did not approve medical treatment either medical consent in oral and written form. Constraints that are found in the implementation of medical consent in the clarification of the issue that is not well understood by the patient may be due to the explanation done in bulk, Patient refused when given explanations and social factors, economics and education.
