Teacher Candidate’s Opinions on Presentation Programs

The opinions of teacher candidates on presentation programs was examined in this study. The research was carried out with the participation of 225 teacher candidates who were studying in the 1st and 2nd grade in spring semester of 2016-2017 academic year. Descriptive method is used in study. At the first phase of the research, the participants were trained by the researchers for the Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi and PowToon presentation programs and then they created educational materials with these programs. At the second phase of the research, data were collected by applying a questionnaire to the participants to get opinions on presentation programs. Questions about candidate teachers' opinions on presentation programs, the future use of these programs and the problems they encountered during implementation were included in the questionnaire. According to the findings obtained, it is determined that more than half of the teacher candidates have a positive attitude towards the presentation programs.
