Sufism mission, which is an inseparable part of Islam religion is highly considered in developing Islamic knowledge, consolidate, popularize the idea of justice, conscience, and perfectness in the life of society. Coming to the XVI century Sufism mission continued developing in the whole Islamic world, especially in Central Asia and began to be of great importance in social – political and spiritual life of the country. This article is discussed on the Sufism mission position of Central Asia in XVI century, meaning, point and the role in the socialpolitical life of government and society. Also, analysis of Sufism mission representatives’ activity of central Asia in the xvi century by the sample of one of the rare manuscripts “Lamahot min nafahot ul-quds” (Good memories in the holy).
