People, people's expectations, attitudes and senses in business as well as in social life, are be growing given importance every day. First of all, for success and efficiency of business employees' work requires them to perform effectively and efficiently. Essential condition in order to be useful to the organizations they work for the individual is that it takes the work they do is a sense of satisfaction. Emotional intelligence that is one of the most studied subject in the last period comes among of affecting factors job satisfaction of individuals. The aim of this study is to understand emotional intelligent’s relationship with job satisfaction and to evaluate the mediation role of organizational commitment throughout a research. The study assumed that organizational commitment would increment the positive effect of emotional intelligent on job satisfaction and would mediation the relationship between emotional intelligent and job satisfaction. (ISSN:2149-8598). 118 International Journal of Academic Value Studies 2016, 2 (7) : 117-129. questionnaire involving the WLEI Scale (2002) for emotional intelligent, organizational commitment scale by Meyer, Allen (1990) and job satisfaction scale by Lytle (1994) were applied to a sample of respondents working in textile sector workers in Kahramanmaras/Turkey. Results indicated that a positive relationship exists between emotional intelligent and job satisfaction and perception of organization commitment mediation that relationship. The higher the perception of organizational commitment increases the relationship between emotional intelligent and job satisfaction.
