The research was descriptive in order to analyze the organizational development of the company Fehierro Manta Cia. Ltda. The population was made up of 18 people, to whom a survey was applied, using a Likert scaling instrument of five alternatives of answers, applying Cronbach's alpha coefficient, obtaining a result of 0.89, which catalogs the instrument in a range of very high reliability. The organization has a good production process, but which can be significantly improved based on the process consultancy, because with the presence of a consultant the improvement of its human processes, information and its proper use to achieve the objectives allows it to The company offer an excellent quality service.
