Perspectivas del cuadro de mando integral en cooperativas de transporte

The current research aims to analyze the perspectives of the comprehensive scorecard in transport cooperatives, specifically in the Prado services cooperative. The study was framed within a descriptive investigation. Among the main conclusions, the comprehensive scorecard must be applied, prior to its analysis, in order to achieve the objectives set forth in it, through the development of indicators, action plans, which must be carried out by the members of the company. The importance is that the comprehensive scorecard contributes to decision-making in internal processes, improvement of staff performance, verification of customer satisfaction, control of financial and non-financial activities of the organization.
