The research was based on determining the effect of a training program based on the 360 ° feedback method as an instrument for evaluating the human talent of the Pacific asphalt aggregates company. For the experimental group (G1), there is significance, 162 while for the control group (G2), it remained at, 000 which implies differences between both groups, generating the acceptance of the affirmative hypothesis, which implies that The treatment applied was effective. H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, indicating that the treatment applied was favorable to the sample under study. The results can be extrapolated to other companies in order to articulate the use of a method where all people have the opportunity to grow as conditions are generated to optimize the services they provide to the external customer.
