A training program was generated, which was applied to 17 people who participated in the experimental group and 16 in the control group, the research was explanatory. When performing the Student's T test for independent samples, the experimental group obtained significance of 163 while the control group 000. When comparing it is evident that the experimental group had statistical change, which allows to deduce that the treatment worked, accepting the affirmative hypothesis. By accepting the affirmative hypothesis, people who participated in the experimental group have been able to modify their cognitive scheme on the development of emotional skills such as self-knowledge, self-confidence, empathy, communication, conflict management, leadership, proactivity, creativity. Resumo Foi gerado um programa de treinamento, aplicado a 17 pessoas que participaram do grupo experimental e 16 no grupo controle, a pesquisa foi explicativa. Ao realizar o teste T de Student para amostras independentes, o grupo experimental obteve significância de 163 enquanto o grupo controle 000. Ao comparar, fica evidente que o grupo experimental apresentou alteração
