Neel.M.D., "Genetic Basis of Diabetes Mellitus," to be given Tuesday, May 24, at the University of Michigan Medical School: "Selected Topics in Endocrinology and Metabolism," at the Indiana University School of Medicine, June 1-3, will open with a session, "Diabetes Mellitus—Therapeutic Complications," with a paper by Charles M. Clark, Jr., M.D., on diet; one by Donald L. Wilson, M.D., on retinopathy; one by Frank Vinicor, M.D., on acute complications; and one by Rubin Bressler, M.D., on controversies in treatment. At the Saturday, June 4, session of "A Review of Internal Medicine," Baylor, Texas, John P. Comstock, M.D., will present "New Regimens of Insulin Therapy in Diabetic Ketoacidosis."
