Erratum

In Table 1 of the article listed above, the mean6 SD for glucose 2 h (mg/dL) in the T2DM ADA 2009 group should have been 2386 41 rather than 2336 65 and the percentage for all-cause death in the T2DM ADA 2009 group should have been 26.1 rather than 26.3. In addition, the mean6SD value for total cholesterol in the T2DMADA 2009 group should have read 1936 40 rather than 193 (40), and the mean values for waist circumference in subjects without diabetes as per ADA 2010 definition, T2DM ADA 2010 group, and T2DM ADA 2009 group should have read 976 12 rather than 97 (12), 101 6 11 rather than 101 (11), and 1016 11 rather than 101 (11), respectively.
