Medicamentous abortion was first introduced in Serbia and Montenegro in September 2001. The aim of this study was to assess the efficiency, side effects, and acceptability of medicamentous abortion using mifeprostone orally (600 mg), and 48 hours later, misoprostol both orally and vaginally in different regiments in our population (400 mcg, 600 mcg, 800 mcg).
