Fetal tumors are relatively rare and the early prenatal diagnosis enables the prediction of possible complications and decision for appropriate treatment. This paper deals with the role of ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging in the early prenatal diagnosis of sacrococcygeal teratoma.
