The oroantral communication is a pathologic communication between the oral cavity and maxillary sinus. It originates with extraction of the upper lateral teeth. Primary plastics communication, which is more extensive than 5 mm has been unsuccessful in 16%. Small power lasers have positive reaction on wounds healing. The aim of this work was to determine the lasers effects on slice epithelization after the plastics more extensive than 5 mm.
