Complexes of Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) with 2-aminofuro[3,2-b]pyridine- 3-carboxamide have been prepared. The stability constants of the formed complexes were determined at 20, 30, 40 and 50 oC at a fixed ionic strength, I = 0.1 mol dm-3 (KCl). The values of the thermodynamic functions associated with complex formation were calculated and analyzed in terms of electrostatic and non-electrostatic components. The complexes were characterized with the help of chemical and spectral data.
