Prostate cancer is an age related neoplasm, with high incidence in the group of elderly man. The correct management must to be balanced between the benefits of the treatment and its disadvantages. Radiotherapy as definitive treatment is commonly reserved for older patients and patients with high surgical risk and is widely used as a treatment of choice.
