Enfermagem Moderna: Bases de Rigor Técnico e Científico

This is a film study of a qualitative nature, which sought to identify in the cinematographic industry, films with the theme Alzheimer’s Disease (AD), in order to verify if they are able, through their scripts, to provide relevant information about the development of disease, allowing its use as an educational tool. We found 14 films dealing with AD, launched in the cinema from 1970 to 2018. Discourse analysis took place critically and was organized in three stages: the first sought to describe the phases of AD, the second aimed at understanding the impact of this, in the daily life of the characters and their relatives, and the third, was concerned
