Advances in medical and materials sciences enable the development of materials capable of regenerating tissues, aiding in the technological advancement of biomaterials and favoring interdisciplinarity, which as a consequence, becomes the main tool for the production of new biomaterials for tissue engineering research . In this way, this work aims to obtain PLDLA and PLGA frameworks with interconnected pores from the lyophilization process, to be used for bone cell culture assays. From the obtained results, it was verified that both materials can 14° Congresso da Sociedade Latino Americana de Biomateriais, Orgãos Artificiais e Engenharia de Tecidos SLABO 5a Edição do Workshop de Biomateriais, Engenharia de Tecidos e Orgãos Artificiais OBI 20 a 24 de Agosto de 2017 Maresias SP Brasil
