Garantías jurídicas para la equidad de género en Colombia: avances y retos

Equality is the legal basis of gender equity, guaranteed by affirmative actions that overcome the deficit of protection rights in which women have historically been found immersed under the maleness as a consequent social fact of becoming historical. It is for this reason that such gender equality must be promoted in two ways, a protection that also includes men as subjects of violence by their female partners, and they can have the legal tools to protect their physical integrity and equal status as women.
