Apuntes sobre privatización estatal: Acercamientos y reflexiones

The following document presents reflections on the exercise of privatization of public organization and how market failures have led to the extension of this political practice in different regions, contextualizing some experiences in Latin America in a basic way, pointing out some appreciations of the Colombian case. It was developed under a qualitative methodology to give approaches to the proposed theme on the different authors who have managed to establish positions on this subject. Finally, some conclusions are presented in reference to the various opposition proposals and defenders of these common practices in the countries and their form of government operation.
