Az észt információs társadalom és oktatási rendszere

Észtország a rendszerváltást követően a fejlesztések számos területén olyan sikereket ért el, melyek vizsgálata támpontokat adhat hazánkban is a változásokat menedzselő szakemberek számára. A tanulmány elsősorban szakértőkkel készített interjúk alapján készült. Röviden bemutatja Észtország múltját, jelenét és oktatási rendszerét. Kiemelten foglalkozik a napjainkban rendkívüli jelentőségű együttműködés és az egész életen át tartó tanulás témakörével és rávilágít arra, mi rejlik az „észt csoda” mögött. --- The Estonian information society and education system After the regime change Estonia became successful in many area of development. The analysis of these changes may give strong and new viewpoint to the expert of other countries as well. This study uses a qualitative approach (interviews with education experts of Estonia) to describe the factors behind the success. The paper shortly summarizes the history, the present and the education system of Estonia, and also gives insights of the development of collaboration skills and the Estonian approach towards lifelong learning, trying to answer the question: what is behind the "Estonian miracle"?
